Online classifieds service, OLX.in, has announced its mobile app has gone past 6 million downloads in India. Over three-fourth of the downloads have come from Android devices, especially the low-cost ones.

The OLX mobile app has a 4.4/5 user rating on Google Play Store India based on 84,000 consumer reviews. OLX reveals mobile contributes more than 60% of overall traffic of OLX.in. It is tremendously popular among big cities and is generating a phenomenal response from tier-2 and tier-3 cities as well. The OLX mobile app has seen regular visits from tier-2 and tier-3 cities, growing at 700% in 2013 alone.
