You can now integrate your iCloud Photos into Windows 11

With the new Surface PC series launch, Microsoft announced a new update on the Photos App to Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel.

The new feature will allow syncing iCloud pictures to Windows 11 devices.

The update is likely to reach general users in the coming months. However, Insider users can sign in to the iCloud app on Windows 11 and sync their photos.

Microsoft has added a new feature for its Windows 11 users. You can now view your PC, OneDrive and iCloud photos in one place. In addition, the app has been reconfigured to include the new “All Photos” gallery view to access all the media, and a dedicated section is also available on the side navigation pane. 

The new update with the new Photos app (version 2022.31100.9001.0) is rolling out to Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel. An Insider user can easily sync their iCloud Photos to Windows 11 by signing into the iCloud app for Windows 11. However, this update would likely reach the general users only in the coming months.

Microsoft has recently launched its Surface PC series, and this update has followed the launch. In addition, Apple has confirmed that it is collaborating with Microsoft on more features. In the upcoming year, Apple Music and Apple Tv Apps will be available on the Microsoft Store. Also, the new partnership with Apple will help users access parts of their Apple ecosystem using Windows devices.
