Those two AI tools are 'Emu Edit' and 'Emu Video'.
Meta is working on a new AI model, namely Emu. This new AI model could be integrated into Facebook and Instagram. This will help users to come up with more creative content on social media. Along with that, it could also help users to do editing as well. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has teased that they working on Instagram and Facebook with new AI tools. This could soon let you generate text-to-image and text-to-video content. The social media platforms could soon let you edit pictures and generate “high-quality videos” using text. Instagram and Facebook’s two upcoming AI tools
Meta is working on two new AI tools for its social media platforms. Those two AI tools are ‘Emu Edit’ and ‘Emu Video’. Let’s talk about Emu Edit first.

We have seen features like Emu Edit before on Adobe, Canva, and Google. The Emu Edit would be an AI tool, which can edit images according to the provided text. For context, you can type to the Emu Edit that “remove the electricity poll from the picture and put a Christmas tree instead”. And in seconds a perfectly aligned Christmas tree will replace the electricity poll.
As shown in the pictures, one interesting feature of Emu Edit is that you just have to give the description and it will do as you say. In other apps such as Canva, Adobe, and more, you have to select a section to use the text-to-image AI tool. This will only edit the section you select. Thanks to the Emu AI Model, you won’t have to struggle with that on Instagram and Facebook.

Next is the Emu Video. The Emu Video will also work in the same way, it will just not do the editing. This AI tool will help you generate “high-quality videos” by using text. Basically, it will be a text-to-video AI tool that can generate videos based on your provided text. No matter how unrealistic your text is, you’ll get what you want! For example, you can even write, “A cowboy monkey riding a giraffe is chasing an alien spaceship.” And guess what? It will generate it in a video.
