Business and employment-focused social media platform LinkedIn started testing its AI-powered job experience late last year with select Premium subscribers. The test showed strong results, with over 90% finding it helpful to assess if a certain role is a good fit, identify the best way to position themselves, or just learn more about the potential employer.
Now, LinkedIn is bringing this experience to all Premium subscribers starting in English globally. Also, the company is adding more features to its AI-powered job experience based on the feedback.

Furthermore, the company has started testing the ability to get personalised practical advice instantly from industry leading business leaders and coaches on LinkedIn Learning, all powered by AI.
The responses you will receive are trained by experts and represent a blend of insights that are personalised to each learner’s unique needs.
LinkedIn is also adding 60 new courses each week on top of 22,000 LinkedIn Learning courses. Those include over 800 AI courses, such as how to build AI Literacy and advance your skills in deep learning, As learners —including all Premium subscribers — watch LinkedIn’s new courses, they can now simply ask for summaries of content, clarify certain topics, or get examples and other real-time insights, e.g. “Can you simplify this concept?” or “How does this apply to me?”
