The AI hype is as real as it gets and companies are jumping on board each day to get ahead of each other in order to take the lead. Each day we hear of a new development in the artificial intelligence space. Today, I am here to talk about one such new development. Google has launched its new Gemini AI app. What is it all about? Let’s find out.
Gemini is a multimodal AI model from Google. It understands and can operate across different sorts of information. Now, Google has started to roll out its Gemini App for users in India. The app was first launched for users in the US on February 8, 2024, and is now being released across 150 countries and territories. Currently, the app is only available for Android users. However, iOS users can use the toggle on the top-right corner of the Google app.

Once all this is sorted, make sure that you’re logged in to a personal Google Account or a Workspace account where the administrator has enabled the feature. Despite all this, if you can’t see the app or toggle, then don’t worry. The global rollout started only on Thursday and is expected to continue for a couple of days more.
Lastly, you can use the app in English, Korean, and Japanese languages.
Well, the Gemini AI is in its initial stages and there are a lot of components that Google is still working on. Let’s wait and see how things turn out.
