X (formerly Twitter) will reportedly soon offer more than one Premium subscription tier. Currently, X offers one Premium subscription (previously Twitter Blue) that costs ₹900 per month and ₹9,400 for a year.
According to a report by MacRumors, code in X suggests that the Premium subscription tier is expected to be split into three: Premium Basic, Premium Standard, and Premium Plus.

The Premium basic tier is expected to show “full ads” in the For You feed, while Premium Standard is expected to provide “half ads”.
On other hand, with the Premium Plus tier, there might be no ads in the For You feed.

Given the specific mention of the For You feed in the code, it seems like all of the tiers will still provide ads in replies. For those who are unaware, revenue from reply ads is used for paying content creators on X.
It is still unknown how much the new tiers would cost.
Last month, Musk had said that X would move behind a paywall as it would charge users “a small monthly payment.” According to him, this change would be necessary to handle the problem of bots on the platform. Musk didn’t reveal what the new subscription payment would cost, but described it as a “small amount of money.”
It’s important to note that since Musk took over the platform last year, the company has been suggesting X users to subscribe to its paid subscription service ‘X Premium’. This subscription service offers a number of features such as the ability to edit posts up to five times within one hour, half the ad load, prioritised rankings in search and conversations, the ability to write longer posts and upload longer videos, early access to new features and much more.
