Lenovo unveiled the Lenovo Legion 5 82JU018YIN Ryzen 7-5800H (2022) gaming laptop at CES 2022. The laptop comes with next-generation AMD Ryzen 7-5800H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 graphics. It runs on Windows 11 and features a 15.6-inch WQHD (2,560x1,440 pixels) IPS display with a 16:9 aspect ratio and up to 165Hz refresh rate. The display has a 100 per cent sRGB colour gamut along with 300 nits of peak brightness. The new Legion 5 laptop comes with Dolby Vision support.
The laptop has 16GB DDR4 RAM and 512 GB SSD storage. Lenovo claims that the Legion 5 (2022) to deliver up to 125W of total graphics power from the GPU and up to 1,485MHz Boost Clock. The laptop has four-zone RGB and white backlighting options for gamers. It has the Legion TrueStrike keyboard that comes with swappable WASD keycaps for a customised look. The Legion 5 laptop is up to 40 per cent more powerful fan with a large exhaust fin area that is claimed to be 45 per cent larger than the previous generation, as per Lenovo. The laptop comes with Wi-Fi 6E and fast charging over USB Type-C.
