iQOO Z9x rolls out in India with Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, 6000mAh battery, and more

iQOO has launched a new budget smartphone in India. This is the iQOO Z9x, another smartphone in the Z9 series, which is even cheaper than the iQOO Z9. In terms of design, the iQOO Z9x has a similar design pattern to the iQOO Z9. It also comes in two colour options; Tornado Green and Storm Grey. iQOO Z9x specifications

The iQOO Z9x is equipped with a 6.72-inch display with 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. This display supports up to 120Hz refresh rate and has 1000 nits of peak brightness. Furthermore, it runs on FuntouchOS 14 UI, which is based on the latest Android 14 OS.

For performance, it uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, which is paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. This processor has four performance cores clocked at 2.2GHz and four efficiency cores clocked at 1.8GHz. Moreover, it packs a big 6000mAh battery with up to 44-watt fast charging support.

For photography, the iQOO Z9x has a dual camera setup, holding a 50-megapixel main camera with PDAF support. Along with that, it features a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter for selfies and video calls.

Price and availability

iQOO has launched the Z9x in India at ₹12,999 for the base variant (4GB 128GB). However, there are two more storage variants. The 6GB 128GB variant is priced at ₹14,499 and the top variant (8GB 128GB) can be bought at ₹15,999.
