Yes, you can avoid ways that decrease battery health effectively such as avoiding over-charge, trying to follow the charging cycle, and more. Despite all of that, it will gradually go down. How to check Apple Watch’s battery health and usage?

Battery Health

You can check your Apple Watch’s battery health by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to the ‘Apps Menu’ by tapping the ‘Digital Crown.’
Step 2: Open ‘Settings.’
Step 3: Scroll down to ‘Battery’ and open it.
Step 4: Now you can see ‘Battery Health.’ Just tap on it and there you go.

Battery usage

Unfortunately, the Apple Watch doesn’t show the usage of specific apps, but it does show a breakdown of battery usage. This will be shown through a chart that keeps a record of charging and usage in the past 24 hours. You can monitor that by going to Settings>Battery.

If your battery health is above 80%, then it’s not a problem. However, if it’s below 80%, then you should change the battery otherwise the smartwatch won’t last as it is supposed to. However, low battery health is not something you should be worried about a lot. A decline in battery health is a natural process and it will eventually go down as you use the device.
