How to use your main Jio balance to activate a new plan

Jio customers have the option to activate a new plan using their balance. To activate a new prepaid plan, select the desired plan from the MyJio app, and select the ‘Use your account balance’ option which is available on the payment page. This will allow you to activate a new Jio prepaid plan using your main balance.

What is the minimum recharge plan available to customers to increase validity?

Reliance Jio offers basic validity plans starting from Rs 129 which allow you to increase the validity of your plan by 28 days. Users will also get 2 GB of data for 28 days, along with unlimited voice calling as well as access to Jio’s suite of services.
