What Is Twitter Spaces?
Twitter Spaces, for the unversed, is a Clubhouse-inspired audio-only conversation feature that’s part of the blue-bird platform. You can be part of Twitter Spaces as a host, speaker, or listener. To host and speak in the Spaces, you have to use the feature on iOS and Android. On the web, you can only listen to the talks. It is open to one and all.
How To Use Twitter Spaces?
- Open the Twitter app on an Android phone or iPhone.
- Press the Plus icon on the bottom right corner.
- Choose the Spaces option.
- Next up, is the 'Create your Space’ page by filling in a name and adding topics you are interested in. You can toggle on the record your Spaces option if you want. At the bottom right corner, you will see a calendar icon, tapping which will let you schedule your Spaces. Once you made your choices and are ready, tap on the ‘Start your Space’ button.
- In the following screens, you can invite people to your Spaces and even promote Spaces by tweeting about it.
Now once you have had your session, if you want to promote the thing again, that’s where the new feature comes in.

3. Choose the 30-second portion of the audio.
4. Click Next and share it with the Twitter audience.
