Step 1: Open Instagram on your phone.
Step 2: Go to your profile page and tap on the three lines in the top right corner.
Step 3: Now, tap on “Your Activity” in the pop-up menu.
Step 4: Here, scroll down to the end and tap on “Download Your Information”.
Step 5: Now, tap on “Download or transfer information” and select “Some of your information”.
Step 6: On this page, check on “Messages”, “Content” and other options that you want to save and tap on “Next”.
Step 7: You can now download it to your device or transfer it to cloud storage.
Step 8: Select the “Date range”, add an email id and select the format and media quality of your data now tap on “Create files”.
Now, if you’ve opted for “Download to device” your file will be ready in some time and you can download it once it is ready. And if you’ve opted for cloud storage, you’ll be notified on your provided mail.
