How to send Diwali stickers and GIFs on WhatsApp
Step 1: Open WhatsApp on your phone.
Step 2: Go to the chat to whom you want to wish.
Step 3: Tap the smiley icon on the left side, above the keyboard.
Step 4: Slide to the Sticker or GIF section and tap on the “Search” icon
Step 5: Now type “Diwali 2024” or “Diwali” and wait while it’s loading.
And you are done, all of the options are on your screen. Send it to your friends and family to wish them a Happy “digital” Diwali.

Things you should know
- Add to your favourites: If you have received a very cool sticker, you can add that to your favourite. Just tap on the Sticker then tap on the “Add to Favourites” option.
- Remove from your favourites: Once the Diwali is over, you can also remove the stickers from your favourite. Open any chat and go to the sticker tab, there you’ll see a pencil icon on the right, tap on that. Now you can select and delete the stickers you want to remove.
Apart from all these, you can also create your own customised stickers from images on your phone. Tap on the “Create” icon in the sticker tab then select the image that you want to convert. And done, you are good to send these customised stickers also.
