Reliance Jio had launched its True 5G service in 4 cities along with their welcome offer. And now Jio is available in 10 cities and a total of 33 districts of Gujarat alone. Most recent addition to the list of cities was Kochi where it became available around the Guruvayur Temple premises.
Jio has said that they are increasing their footprint slowly and their ultimate aim is to be present everywhere by December 2023. The switching to 5G process has been made simpler by Jio as you do not even need to switch sims to access it because the current 4G sims are already enabled for running 5G on them.
