OPPO F7: Turn up your style quotient
It’s easy to lose yourself in the details of the cameras in the OPPO F7. However, take a look at the phone itself, and then you’ll realise that the makers have put thought in to the design as well.
When you look at the list of features that the OPPO’s latest smartphone, the F7 comes with, it’s easy to lose yourself in the details of the cameras of the device. However, take a look at the phone itself, and then you’ll realise that the makers have put thought in to the design as well. From obvious additions like the Super Full Screen display, to the subtle things like placement of the fingerprint sensor, the F7 is offers a combination of looks and functionality.
A ‘notch’ above the rest
The most obvious design aspect of the OPPO F7 has to be the Super Full Screen display. The phone offers a higher screen-to-body ratio. The high screen-to-body ratio is made possible thanks to the near bezel-less display.
Larger screen, but easier to hold
Instead of of offering a 16:9 aspect ratio like most smartphones, the OPPO F7 offers a taller aspect ratio of 19:9. This makes a huge difference as the F7 can offer users a huge 6.23”screen, without sacrificing on ergonomics. In fact, the company says that the phone is smaller than a 5.5-inch phone with a 16:9 aspect ratio, making a big difference when you are taking a selfie as the phone is easier to hold.
Impressive display
Thanks to its unique aspect ratio, the phone offers a screen resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. This is higher than that traditional Full HD resolution of 1920×1080 pixels offered by most other devices in the market. This would be pretty useful for those who watch a lot of video content on their smartphones.
Pretty one
While many companies would have been fine with offering a metallic build, OPPO saw it fit to offer a dual-glass build on the OPPO F7. The glass rear of the the phone helps to bounce off the ambient light, thereby making striking to look at. That’s not all, the phone is also available in three bold colours, namely Solar Red, Moonlight Silver and Diamond Black. The Diamond Black variant is especially striking when you look at thanks to its unique design.
Easy to unlock
The fingerprint sensor on the OPPO F7 is located on the back of the phone. It is strategically located in a place where the index finger on your hand naturally comes to rest when you hold the phone. It is also slightly indented, letting you find it without the need to visually look for it. If that wasn’t cool enough, the OPPO F7 also gives you the option to unlock the phone via facial unlock. How cool is that.
Next level selfies
With the OPPO F7, you also get a bunch of cool features to take your selfie game a notch higher. The most prominent being the 25MP front facing camera. However, the phone’s selfie focus goes beyond just the hardware. Next generation AI Beauty technology may be the highlight of the phone. But there is a lot more that the phone offers. The OPPO F7 comes with a bunch of additions like Vivid mode, AR stickers, HDR and more.
