OnePlus has finally launched the OnePlus 11 series which includes the OnePlus 11 and the more affordable phone OnePlus 11R. The OnePlus 11 comes with relatively high-end specs and a bunch of new features. The OnePlus 11R is the same phone which was launched in China. It was called the OnePlus Ace 2.
Let’s compare these two latest phones of 2023.
1. OnePlus 11 vs OnePlus 11R: Design
OnePlus 11 and OnePlus 11R share the same design. Both phones come with a Sandstone back finish on the back. They feature a punch-hole cutout and triple camera setup. The phones have a circular camera island attached to the aluminium frame on the back. The alert slider is back with this series. They have launched in two colours, the OnePlus 11 launched in Black and green and the OnePlus 11R launched in Black and Glacier Blue.
One difference between both phones is that the OnePlus 11 features a selfie camera in the top left corner and the OnePlus 11R has the front camera in the centre.
2. OnePlus 11 vs OnePlus 11R: Performance
The OnePlus 11 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with three storage options, namely 12GB/256GB, 16GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB. The device runs on Android 13OS and packs a 5000mAh battery with 100-watt fast charging support.
The OnePlus 11R is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset paired with the 256GB 12GB, 256GB 16GB and 512GB 16GB storage options. It runs on the latest Android 13OS and packs the same 5000mAh battery with 100-watt fast charging support.
3. OnePlus 11 vs OnePlus 11R: Display
The OnePlus 11 is equipped with a 6.7-inch curved LTPO3 AMOLED display with a resolution of 1440 x 3216 pixels which supports a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also supports Dolby Vision and it could emit 1300 nits at peak brightness.
The OnePlus 11R features a 6.7-inch curved AMOLED display with a resolution of 1240 x 2772 pixels. The display also supports HDR 10+, 1B colours and a 120Hz refresh rate.

4. OnePlus 11 vs OnePlus 11R: Camera
The OnePlus 11 sports a triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 32-megapixel telephoto lens for optical zoom and a 48-megapixel ultrawide lens for wide-angle shots. It has a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The rear camera also supports Hasselblad tuning for more detailed and colourful pictures.
The OnePlus 11R has a triple camera setup carrying a 50-megapixel primary camera and along with that an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 2-megapixel macro lens for close-up shots. This device also has a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
5. OnePlus 11 vs OnePlus 11R: Price and availability
The OnePlus 11 is priced at ₹56999 for the 8GB/128GB variant and ₹61,999 for the 16GB/256GB variant.
The OnePlus 11R is priced at ₹39,999 for the 8/128GB variant and for the 16/256GB variant it is priced at ₹44,999.
As far as offers go, you can avail of a ₹6000 exchange and a screen protection plan for ₹99. Users will also get ₹11,200 of Jio benefits as well as 6 months of 100GB Google One, and Spotify Premium. Pre-orders start at 9 PM, and the devices will go on sale on February 14.
