Xolo has been strengthening its focus on affordable Android phones by offering multiple options in the Rs 7,000-12,000 range. We take a closer look at what the Xolo Q900T offers and how it compares to similar phones in terms of features and specifications.
The Xolo Q900 T smartphone has a 4.7 inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution, 178-degree wide viewing angle and 2.5D curved glass display. It runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) OS and has a 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor. The smartphone has an 8MP rear camera with BSI sensor, LED Flash and supports 1080p video recording. It also has a 2 MP front-facing camera for video calling.
Connectivity-wise, the smartphone offers 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS. It has 1GB of RAM and a 4GB internal memory expandable up to 32 GB via a microSD slot. It packs an 1800 mAh battery and is available in black color. It comes bundled with a free flip cover and a USB OTG cable.

The Xolo Q900 T has the same basic features similar to the existing smartphones in the market, the only special part is the display and processor, about which we will reserve our judgment till we get a review sample to test. However, in the 10-15K price segment, Indian phone vendors haven’t been successful in dethroning the Moto G, a phone that has been dominating the space since the very first day of its launch.
