Artificial Intelligence is no longer limited to the pages of fiction. From something as simple as autocorrect, to smart suggestions offered by your digital assistant, most of the features that you take for granted makes use of a form of AI. Keeping in trend with evolving technology, Huawei has launched the Nova 3i, a smartphones that is powered by AI.
Kicking things off with the camera, the Huawei Nova 3i sports a total of four camera, two in the front and two at the back. The AI in the smartphone is able to automatically change the settings of the camera based on the scene. For example, when you are taking a picture of a person, the phone recognises this and changes the settings accordingly. The Nova 3i is able to recognise 22 categories of over 500 scenes.
The AI in the phone is also able to recognise objects in images. It will then show you similar products in the Amazon shopping app, letting you buy it if you want to. The AI is also present in the image gallery, letting users search for images using time, date or even objects.
