Yesterday we saw the launch of the Honor 7 in India. The smartphone boasts of some impressive specifications including an all-new Kirin 935 SoC. One of the four-core clusters is clocked at 2.2GHz, the second quad-core cluster is clocked at 1.5GHz. The Honor 7 packs in 3GB of RAM. The device will only have 16GB of built-in storage, accompanied by a microSD expansion slot. Also, unlike the international version, India is getting a single SIM version only.

Yes, we know considering the price points of these smartphones it isn’t an apples to apples comparison, but nonetheless, it will help give you a clear picture of the device you want to purchase. Honor might have launched the 64GB variant of the Honor 7 to maintain a low price point but the fact that it supports a MicroSD card is great for those looking to carry a large multimedia library with them.
