Here’s what the Honor 10 has to offer

Honor has a history of offering smartphones that not only looks good but also packs a punch in other departments as well. Honor’s latest flagship smartphone, the Honor 10, continues this tradition. The new device comes with interesting features that that are common with very premium devices, but is still affordably priced. 

The most obvious premium feature that the Honor 10 offers is the design. The phone comes with a very unique back panel, that looks different from each angle. Honor calls this the ‘Aurora Glass Design’. Once you are done looking at the phone from every angle, you’ll notice other features such as the new 19:9 display that sports a notch and the dual-rear camera setup. The dual-rear camera setup on the Honor 10 sports a 24MP and 16MP combination. It also features a large f/1.8 aperture lens, that helps to take better images in low light conditions. At the front, you get a 24MP camera for taking selfies.This camera is also able to take photos which mimic studio lighting.

Of course, there is more to the Honor 10 than just meets the eye. The phone is able to harness the power of AI in a multitude of ways. These include faster and more accurate translations as well as improved power management. However, the most noticeable application of AI is the camera. The phone is able to recognise a particular scene and can automatically apply settings to improve the quality of that picture.

Honor has also redesigned the display of the Honor 10. The phone sports a large 5.84-inch display with an aspect ratio of 19:9 and resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. This aspect ratio helps to make the phone easy to use with a single hand, while still offering a large display. The phone also sports a notch, which features the earpiece, front camera and sensors.

Powering the phone is a a flagship-grade Kirin 970 SoC. This octa-core SoC offers a maximum clock speed of 2.36GHz, which is more than enough to run most apps available on the Play Store. The phone also offers 6GB RAM along with 128GB of internal storage.

As one can see, the Honor 10 packs a number of impressive features in a refreshingly different design unlike anything else currently available in the market. The combination of all these features make the Honor 10 a phone that should be considered by anyone looking for a smartphone that offers a lot of features, but is still relatively affordable.
