HIGHLIGHTS

We compare Samsung's latest 4G phones - the Samsung Galaxy J1, Core Prime, Grand Prime and Grand max against the Lenovo A6000 and Yu Yureka. Giving you a comparative picture on what Samsung's new 4G phones offer versus the competition.

Samsung launched its Galaxy A7 smartphone with an ‘all metal’ unibody design yesterday. Alongside the Galaxy A7, Samsung also launched four affordable 4G enabled smartphones in the market, the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max, Samsung Core Prime, Samsung Grand Prime and the Samsung Galaxy J1. As of now, only a few companies cater to the affordable 4G smartphone segment and Samsung has joined the ranks with the Galaxy Grand Max, Galaxy Grand Prime and the Galaxy Core Prime.

All these Galaxy Smartphones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC. We compared these phones to the currently available affordable 4G enabled phones in the market bearing the same 64-bit chipset. We also added the Yu Yureka to the mix with its much more powerful 64-bit octa-core SoC since it also falls in the affordable category and since it stacks up well against the Samsung Galaxy Grand Max.

Take a look how the Galaxy phones stack up against the competition.
