Samsung has decided to up the ante by launching the Galaxy F62, a brand new smartphone that packs a lot of high-end features for its asking price. Interestingly, while the smartphone is priced at Rs 23,999, there is a way buyers can get this phone for Rs 16,898 thanks to a special offer by Flipkart. But first, let’s take a look at some key features of the Samsung Galaxy F62.
sAMOLED+ Infinity-O display
The smartphone sports massive 6.7-inch FHD+ sAMOLED+ Infinity-O display. This large display should make content consumption or even gaming a treat. Right on top is a small punch-hole cutout for the front camera. The display is also said to support 110% of the NTSC colour gamut and offer 420 Nits of brightness.
Flagship-grade SoC
The Galaxy F62 is powered by a flagship-grade Exynos 9825 SoC. This is the same SoC used by Samsung in its flagship smartphones like the Galaxy Note10 series. This is thanks to the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan that is exclusive to the online retailer. All buyers have to do to avail the offer is select the option when making their purchase. The plan will cost buyers Rs 99, but will let them purchase the device 70% of the selling price.
Here’s how the math works. 70% of Rs 23,999 is about Rs 16,799. Add the Rs 99 for the Smart Upgrade Plan and you get Rs 16,898. As if that wasn’t enough, ICICI Bank credit and debit card holders can get an instant discount of Rs 2,500. This brings down the total cost of the Samsung Galaxy F62 to Rs 14,398.
It should be noted that as part of the Smart Upgrade Plan, you will have to return the phone after a year. However, if you want, you can keep the phone by paying the remaining 30%.
