Google's Great Online Shopping Festival (GOSF) is just hours away. After Flipkart's Mega Monday sale, GOSF is the biggest online shopping sale this year. Google today gave a preview of exclusive deals, products and other important elements of this year's festival. So, let's cut to the chase and check out what are the main highlights of the GOSF 2014:

For gadgets enthusiasts, the GOSF 2014 brings to you a range of exclusive deals including the latest Nexus 6 smartphone. Lenovo has also confirmed launching its flagship Yoga Tablet 2 Pro in India via GOSF. One of the major announcements that was the official launch of Chromecast in India. Google tied up partnered with Airtel and Snapdeal, and it will be sold for Rs. 2,999 on Snapdeal. The GOSF has a dedicated tab for exclusive products.

Google says this year's 72-hours-long online festival is bigger than the previous ones as GOSF 2014 features over 400 partners with brands ranging from Motorola Nexus 6, HP, Lenovo, Tata Housing, Karbonn, Van Heusen, Asian Paints. The categories range from electronics, food and dining, mobile apps, telecom services, to online games.

Google has been extensively advertising the Rs. 299 corner where customers will be able to buy branded products at the aforementioned price. The section has brands such as JBL, Benetton, Alia Bhatt collection, EverPure water purifier. Google is currently running several contests and games on the official websites to promote the festival. Google is also offering the cash on delivery option for payment.

Real estate
It is one of the unique categories of this year's GOSF. Tata Housing Development Company has tied up with Google to announce exclusive housing projects. “Customers can book flats/houses across various cities with an instant appreciation opportunity of up to 15%,” says the company in a press release. Currently, the real estate section shows partners such as Unitech, 99acres.com and HDFC Realty.
