There's a lot of good entertainment headed our way and we have the trailers to prove it. If you missed these during your busy week, there's no time like the long weekend to catch up on some of the most exciting upcoming movies, TV shows and games

Tomb Raider

This one might not have Angelina Jolie playing the adventurous Lara Croft, but Actress Alicia Vikander is all set to take on step into the boots of the daredevil archaeologist. Warner Bros, MGM, Square Enix and GK Films have unveiled the first trailer of the Tomb Raider movie reboot. Heir to her father’s business empire, Lara sets out to find a Tomb called the Mother of Death. The trailer shows Vikander leap from a ship in the middle of a stormy Devil’s Sea.

Thor Ragnarok

Destruction of the old world and rebirth of the new, that’s the theme of Thor Ragnarok releasing in India on November 3. This story trailer has the cast and crew talking about the story of the film, along with some cool behind the scenes action. Check it out.

Maze Runner: The Death Cure

Another year, another Maze Runner film. We’ve sort of given up on the whole franchise, but it still manages to excite audiences. In this latest trailer for Maze Runner Death Cure, Thomas (Dylan O’Brien) and his friends try and enter the Last City. This is the third film in the Maze Runner trilogy to be directed by Wes Ball. We hope this one turns out better that its predecessor.

Annihilation

The laws of nature have changed. Deer have flowers growing on their horns, people are made of wood, and Natalie Portman is right at the center of it all. Annihilation is based on Jeff VanderMeer sci-fi thriller novel with the same name. Portman plays the part of a biologist who enters an environmental disaster zone in search of her husband. The film releases in 2018 and is directed by Alex Garland of the Ex Machina fame.

Blade Runner 2049

Blade Runner 2049 releases in a few days and this featurette has the cast and crew talk describe their experience of working in the reboot. The next chapter of the American neo-noir science fiction series, Blade Runner 2049 features Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling in lead roles. The film is produced by Ridley Scott and release in India on October 6.

Murder on the Orient Express

We now have the second trailer for Murder on the Orient Express, a remake of the Agatha Christie classic tale starring Johnny Depp, Dame Judi Dench, Daisy Ridley, Willem Dafoe, Penélope Cruz, Michelle Pfeiffer. Wow! That’s a mouthful of celebrities in one sentence!

Stranger Things: Love in the Upside Down

Romance in the 80’s comes alive in this Stranger Things 2 Love in the Upside Down  trailer. The treatment of the entire trailer is a big retro throwback and feature the love triangle between Steve Harrington, Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers.

Red Dead Redemption 2

Calling Red Dead Redemption 2 one of the most anticipated games would be an understatement. From the studio that brought you GTA, RDR 2 is a prequel to RDR and set in the old west. Unfortunately, there is no release date for the game but we expect to see some more details at the PlayStation Experience Conference scheduled for December 9 2017.

Telltale’s batman: The Enemy Within Episode 2

If the plot twists in Episode 1 were anything to go by, then Episode 2 will be one hell of a ride for the caped crusader. The best part about Telltale’s adaptation of the Dark Knight is that your choices affect the outcome of the game. Have you chosen to side with Amanda Waller? Have you betrayed Gordon's trust? All these factors will decide the fate of Batman, Bruce Wayne and Gotham.

Forza Motorsport 7 Fate of the Furious Car Pack

Turn 10 studios is back again with Forza 7. One of the highlights this time around is dynamic weather for some of the tracks. You have a large library of cars to chose from, and yes, Porsche is here from the start. The game will run in glorious 4K on the Xbox One X and on your PC, if you have a capable one and 1080p on the Xbox One S and Xbox One. If you enjoyed the last fast and Furious game, then you may want to brace yourself for the Fate of the Furious Car Pack for Forza Motorsport 7.
