Garena Free Fire’s popularity really took off this year. In fact, It was placed second in YouTube’s list of top 5 live games watched in 2020. On top of this, it placed third in the list of global top overall games watched of 2020. Of course, 2020 wasn’t exactly the best year thanks to the quarantine’s put in place due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it was a pretty big year for gaming and game streaming as people really couldn’t do much during that time. We had a short chat with Sunita Thapa Magar, aka Sooneeta who has been posting Free Fire related content on her YouTube channel for just over 2 years. She hails from Nepalgunj, Nepal and was a part of Team Lava which finished 7th in FFIC 2020. She talks about growing up as a gamer in Nepal, some gaming advice for newbies as well as her favourite YouTubers.
