Kanneda is a thrilling crime drama set against the backdrop of 1990s Toronto. The story follows Nimma (played by Parmish Verma), a Punjabi singer who flees the violence of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots and moves to Canada for a better life. However, his new beginning is far from smooth. The streets of Canada are unforgiving, and Nimma quickly finds himself caught in a world of broken systems, racism, and relentless hardship. As he struggles through these challenges, his ambitions lead him into the dangerous territory of gang culture.
