You can watch free content without any limitations. However paid videos are based on the validity of the subscription. Once the validity period is over, you will have to resume your subscription to stream content.

Yes, you can download and watch content offline.

Yes, you can leave a video on one device and stream content on a different device.

You can log in on up to 5 devices with a single account and play content simultaneously.

When you exceed the device limit to log in from a single account, then you will need to “clear all devices” and log out from all the devices, and get to log in on the current device.

When you purchase a subscription, the entire library of content is available to you. However, if you rent, you get access only to that content.

Rented content is available for 30 days from the date of purchase.

You can cancel the auto-renewal of the subscription before 24 hours of the renewal date.

-Go to the ALTBalaji Account page and click on the cancel subscription button.
-All Subscription/Auto-renewals will be cancelled.
-Amazon IAP Users can go to the Amazon Appstore app, tap on My Apps, Tap on Subscriptions and then turn off auto-renewal.
-Paypal users need to log in to their iTunes Store or Google Play Store and cancel the auto-renewal from the respective iOS and Android Devices.
