history slowly losing itself amid concrete and smog. The movie is a testament to time written in Old Delhi and represents the past and the present plotted in its lanes. The narrative of the movie changes quickly changing space and structure with each unfolding event. It follows the story of four main characters: a vendor of sweet and savoury snacks, a pickpocket, a labourer-activist, and a conductor of 'Heritage Walks'. The movie shows Patru, the pickpocket, who decides to take people on alternative walks and shows them the underbelly of the city. However, this causes trouble with local merchants and the police. He then decides to conduct one last 'Dream Walk' where Lali, the labourer-activist also joins the fray and gives a speech urging workers to unite, which lands them all in jail.
