1.Saif Ali Khan and Chandrachur Singh were initially offered the role of Aman Mehra, which was eventually played by Salman Khan.
2.Twinkle Khanna was the first choice for the role of Tina. The character was even named after her nickname, but she turned down the role.
3.Aditya Chopra recommended Rani Mukerji for the role of Tina, and she was only 19 years old when she shot for the film.
4.Karan Johar wanted to dub Rani Mukerji’s voice because of her husky tone, not realizing that it would become her trademark.
5.The film was a Bollywood version of the popular Archie Comics, with Shah Rukh Khan’s character inspired by Archie, Kajol’s by Betty, and Rani Mukerji’s by Veronica.
