JNU: Jahangir National University is an Indian Hindi drama film released on April 5, 2024. The movie depicts the story of Sourabh Sharma, a small-town individual who becomes a student at JNU. There, he becomes disturbed by the activities of left-wing students, which he perceives as anti-national, and decides to raise his voice against them. Guided by Akhilesh Pathak, referred to as ‘baba’, Sourabh navigates his opposition to the leftist domination in the university. The film follows his political journey within JNU, including his election win as joint secretary, challenging the long-standing left-wing influence, and his efforts to oppose anti-national agendas while supporting student-friendly initiatives. The film stars Urvashi Rautela, Siddharth Bodke, Ravi Kishan, and others, and is directed and written by Vinay Sharma.
