When a prominent journalist who was on the brink of cracking the case of this drug racket dies, it leads Inspector Vikram to stringently pursue it in Manipal. It is there that he is smitten by the woman he meets, who turns out to be closely related to the drug racket. Vikram does not cease his attempts at raiding the racket or impressing the woman, an endeavor that slowly blooms into the path of violence, diplomacy, crime, and chaos.
