Ikkat Movie (2021)

Vasu and Janvi didn’t think a simple spider would heighten their differences. Yet it does, and now they’re on the verge of a divorce, just as the country is locking up for Covid 19. Their frustrations with each other don’t dissipate; it’s only going to get worse with the arrival of two unexpected guests, one who is a presumed ghost, and another who is overstaying his welcome. Uncle Karna refuses to be a good guest—a guest at all. He eggs on the couple until their individual frustrations are forgotten and this uncalled guest becomes a combined nuisance. Janvi is also hiding a friend in the cupboards, whom Karna is sure is a ghost. In the process of organizing a Homam to drive it away, chaos reigns. DudeMaga is caught, who then tries to strangle Karna while Karna accuses Janvi of infidelity. In the height of a strict lockdown, where literal—and mental—space is limited, the couple tries to ace through their situation.
