It’s not until 2023 that Scott Lang escapes Quantum Realm. He unites at the Avengers Compound and informs about the passage of time, prompting to wonder if time travel could be an option. Stark, Rocket and Banner build a time machine, study it and finally put it to use, finding the attempt successful.
In varying duos and trios and quadruples, the Avengers travel to 2012 New York during Loki’s attack to collect the Time and Mind Stone, but fail in collecting the Space Stone. This offers 2012 Loki to escape. Stark and Rogers go back to 1970 to collect the former Space Stone, where Rogers also steals Pym Particles for Peggy. Thor and Rocket make a trip to 2013 to extract the Reality Stone, where Thor also finds assent from his mother to take his old hammer, Mjolnir. Barton, Romanoff, Nebula, and Rhodes return to 2014 to collect the Power and the Soul Stone, but not without Romanoff sacrificing herself to acquire the latter stone.
They reunite in the present to wield the gauntlet through the stones. Complications arise with Nebula, Thor and Gamora of 2014, clashing with their present selves. Stephan Strange and Danvers arrive to help, but Thanos is overpowering them, causing Stark to take charge of the stones and forcing it to disintegrate. The strain of it kills Stark.
Valkyrie is the new ruler of New Asgard, and Rogers returns the stone and the hammer, passing his shield on to Sam Wilson.
Endgame was released on Apr 25, 2019 and was directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo .This movie is 2 hr 54 min in duration and is available in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and English languages. 1. Robert Downey Jr. was the only actor who read the entire script.
2. Shot back-to-back with Avengers: Infinity War (2018) over 200 days.
3. (at around 41 mins) Robert Downey Jr. once told Anthony Russo and Joe Russo about how one of his children said "I love you 3000" to him. The directors liked the phrase so much that they decided to include it in the film.
4. (at around 1h 35 mins) The Stan Lee cameo is based on his actual look in the 1970s. They used Lola Visual Effects to de-age Lee back to his 70s self.
5. When Avengers: Endgame (2019) passed Titanic (1997)'s box office total, James Cameron sent a congratulatory message to Kevin Feige and Marvel Studios on dethroning his film - with a photo of the Avengers 'A' being the iceberg that sinks the Titanic.
6. (at around 1h 35 mins) The final cameo by Stan Lee in a Marvel film.
7. The idea of showing the autographs for the original The Avengers (2012) actors in the end credits came from Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (1991), which was also a finale for its cast.
8. Robert Downey Jr. officially surpassed Hugh Jackman's record for most appearances in the film as the same superhero, with ten. He set this record in only 11 years, whereas Jackman did it in 17.
9. Natalie Portman's appearance in the film was created with leftover footage from Thor: The Dark World (2013), and she also did voice-over work for a scene when she is talking in the distance. Although Portman didn't shoot any new scenes, she attended the film's premiere.
10. Robert Downey Jr. hid his snacks all over the set. The scenes where he's eating snacks and offers them to his costars were all improvised.
