Aavesham is a 2024 Indian Malayalam-language action comedy film directed by Jithu Madhavan and produced by Nazriya Nazim and Anwar Rasheed. The film stars Fahadh Faasil, Hipzster, Mithun Jai Shankar, and Roshan Shanavas in pivotal roles, with Sajin Gopu and Mansoor Ali Khan in supporting roles.
The story follows three friends, Aju, Bibi, and Shanthan, who move to Bangalore from Kerala to pursue a degree in aeronautical engineering. They choose to stay at the BK Hostel for its freedom, but their lives take a turn when they get into a confrontation with a senior student named Kutty. This incident bruises Kutty’s ego and leads to a series of events where the trio is beaten up by Kutty and his gang, only to be offered friendship afterward. Feeling humiliated, Aju seeks revenge and, along with his friends, starts frequenting bars to find gangsters to help them. They eventually befriend Ranga, a well-known Malayali-Kannadiga gangster in Bangalore. However, their association with Ranga soon starts to consume their lives, affecting their studies and leading to a series of conflicts and challenges.
