BSNL-Champion Trendy 531 phablet launched for Rs. 13,999

The BSNL-Champion Trendy 531 phablet boasts of a 5.3-inch display and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Champion Computers and BSNL have joined hands to launch the BSNL-Champion Trendy 531. The phablet is available for Rs. 13,999. The device is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and comes with a 500MB free BSNL 3G data plan per month for a period of one year.

The BSNL-Champion Trendy 531 shows off a 5.3-inch IPS display whose resolution is not known. A 1.2GHz quad-core processor along with 1GB of RAM powers it. The device boasts of dual-SIM capabilities.

The rear houses a 13MP camera with a flash and the front has a 5MP camera for video calling. It has 4GB built-in storage expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. A 3200mAh battery powers the entire package. For its connectivity options, the phablet has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, EDGE, GPRS and 3G.
